   - Responsibilities: Support the State Coordinator in organizing local initiatives, maintaining communication channels, and representing FOFPEN NGO at the state level.

   - Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and assessment of peace-building programs within the state.
   - Department: Program Management Office

4. *Finance Director/Manager*
   - Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations within the state, including budget management and grant administration.

   - Responsibilities: Drive fundraising activities, cultivate donor relationships, and manage grant applications specific to the state.

Subject: Bank Account Details and Conditions for FOFPEN NGO

We are pleased to inform you that FOFPEN NGO has arranged for the opening of bank accounts to facilitate financial operations at both the state and Local Government Area (LGA) levels. Below are the details and conditions regarding these accounts:

1. *Bank Accounts:*
   - Each state and LGA under FOFPEN NGO will have its dedicated bank account.
   - Bank Name: United Bank for Africa (UBA)
   - Account Name: FOFPEN [State/LGA Name] Chapter

2. *Signatory Rights:*
   - Full signatory rights and responsibilities for each state and LGA account will be granted to the respective state and LGA coordinators.
   - The state and LGA coordinators will have the authority to manage and oversee financial transactions related to their jurisdiction.

3. *Conditions:*
   - Funds deposited into the state and LGA accounts must be used solely for FOFPEN NGO's peace-building and nonviolent initiatives within the respective regions.
   - All financial transactions must be conducted transparently and in accordance with FOFPEN NGO's financial policies and guidelines.
   - Regular financial reports and updates will be required from state and LGA coordinators to ensure accountability and transparency in fund management.

4. *Bank Account Opening Process:*
   - FOFPEN NGO will facilitate the opening of bank accounts for all states and LGAs.
   - Account opening documentation and procedures will be handled by FOFPEN NGO's national office in collaboration with the respective state and LGA coordinators.
   - The bank accounts will be operational upon completion of the account opening process and approval by FOFPEN NGO's national office.
